Delivery time guarantee
Bigtekk ensures a timely delivery guarantee and complete traceability according to to ISO 9001:2015 compliant standards each and every time a purchase is made from our company. A dedicated online tracking system enables monitoring of the consignment right from the dispatch date to the actual delivery. With the aid of a tracking number, the customer is automatically informed and updated of the progress of the goods in transit at regular intervals.

In validation with our quality compliance, Bigtekk has been regularly audited and accredited by ISO 9001:2015 certification: an internationally recognized standard for Quality Management systems (QMS) which monitors the adherence and documentation of quality processes in all industries. We consistently endeavor to implement and strengthen our quality management system to provide our customers the best part always.
Quality Control Team
Bigtekk prides in having an excellent Quality Control team to ensure that standards are met from the processing stage to the final release of the part. Our team undergoes intensive trainings in Quality Control processes to maintain the quality and reliability of the part. We ensure that our commitment to quality commences from our suppliers who have to abide by our stringent quality processes. Next it is followed up with our in-house comprehensive testing services like visual outer box inspections, body marking inspection, radiological testing, electrical testing and functional testing. It is only after the entire QC process chain is passed – the material is dispatched to customer. Our ultimate goal: zero defects in our components leading to satisfied and loyal customers.
Quality pre-checks on consignments
As part of Bigtekk’s mandatory quality requirement, every stock/ consignment undergoes thorough inspection before dispatching for the delivery. All the orders are carefully checked for:
Compliance with the part/product specifications regarding the structure, function and workmanship .
Checking for the right quantity as ordered .
The right kind of packing materials used, whether it has been vacuum-sealed where necessary to ensure that the components reach in perfect condition. These pre-checks are either conducted by our trained in-house quality personnel or conducted by third-party agencies that offer quality control services. The pre-shipment checks are conducted regularly to ensure that the parts are accurate, of good quality and are delivered in time. All this goes a long way in upholding our quality commitments and maintaining our brand name and reputation.
