Quality, Traceability & Risk Management
We understand the cost of a single bad component. BigTekk uses multi–layer controls to reduce the risk of counterfeits, mishandling and supply–chain issues.
1. Approved Supplier Network
We work primarily with vetted and repeat–audited suppliers. New suppliers go through due diligence that covers references, certifications and sample transaction history.
- Preference for authorized channels wherever commercially and practically viable.
- Use of trusted independent distributors only when clearly communicated and agreed.
- Ongoing performance and quality monitoring of partners.
2. Documentation & Traceability
Wherever possible, we maintain clear documentation trails for the components we supply.
- Manufacturer labels, date codes and lot information preserved on packaging.
- Certificates of Compliance (CoC) where available from partners or OEMs.
- Internal references linking shipments, POs and suppliers.
3. Handling & Storage Practices
Components are sensitive to moisture, ESD and mishandling. We coordinate with warehousing and logistics partners to follow industry–standard storage practices.
- Anti–static and moisture barrier packaging where required.
- Careful carton and reel handling to avoid mechanical damage.
- Clear labelling for MSL–sensitive parts.
4. Visual & Basic Electrical Checks
For higher–risk components or when requested by customers, additional checks can be performed by certified labs and partners.
- Visual inspection of markings, packaging and pin–outs.
- Basic sample testing or third–party lab tests on demand.
- Escalation and quarantine protocols when discrepancies are observed.
5. Customer Collaboration
Quality is a joint responsibility. We encourage our customers to perform incoming inspections aligned with their own QA procedures.
If you observe any issue, notify us as early as possible with supporting details so we can investigate quickly and, where appropriate, arrange replacements or credits in line with our return policy.
