This policy applies to data collected via this website, contact forms, sourcing requests and similar interactions with Bigtekk Technologies in the context of B2B services. It does not override any specific contractual terms agreed separately.

Typical categories of information we may collect include:

• Contact details such as name, business email, phone and company name.
• Project or sourcing details shared via RFQ, BOM upload or credit application.
• Basic usage data from analytics tools to understand site traffic and performance.

• To respond to your enquiries, RFQs, sourcing requests or credit applications.
• To operate, maintain and improve this website and our services.
• To send important service communications related to orders or support.

We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate behaviour on the site. These tools typically use cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies at the browser level; however, disabling them may affect certain site features.

We share personal data with the following categories of processors and recipients, under contractual safeguards:

• Payment processing: HDFC Bank Limited (SmartGATEWAY) and Juspay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (platform operator for SmartGATEWAY).
• Logistics: Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, XpressBees, Ecom Express and India Post.
• Infrastructure: cloud hosting providers, email and ERP tools.
• Professional advisors: chartered accountants and legal advisors under confidentiality obligations.
• Government authorities on lawful request.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our processors (hosting, email, analytics) are located outside India. Personal data is transferred only to jurisdictions the Central Government has not restricted under section 16 of the DPDP Act, and under contractual safeguards.

• Transaction data (orders, invoices, GST records): minimum 8 years, in line with the GST Act and the Income-tax Act.
• Marketing contact data: until you opt out, or 3 years of inactivity, whichever is earlier.
• Website logs: 12 months.

• Request that we stop sending non–essential communications.
• Ask questions about how your data is being used.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, request erasure, nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, and complain to us or to the Data Protection Board of India. Write to privacy@bigtekk.in — we respond within 30 days. Signed-in customers can also raise these requests from the Data & privacy section of their account.
